Capella Foods catering offers a diverse range of customized gourmet catering services including cocktail canal parties, or in home catering for dinner parties with your own personal chef and wait staff. Lamb Rump served with asparagus, Paris mash, green olive tapanade and served with a caper garlic and parsley sauce Cf. Tart of roasted vegetables, goats feta and new herbs. We wanted a exceptional and memorable meal to share with our friends and family and that is exactly what you delivered. Our 3 course degustation style dinner was exactly what we wanted and the food was absolutely accurate on the night! Being able to appreciate our getaway, without the worry of preparing many meals for 10 people, made our time away even more relaxing and enjoyable. Michael and the Capella team were fantastic. We loved the canal and banquet style menu options and the food on the evening was delicious. We had guests complimenting our menu all night and despite very packed tummy’s from the canals, the mains were absolutely perfect! Thank you so much Michael you and your team truly made our wedding perfect! We heard nothing but compliments from all of our guests on the quality and taste of the food along with the beginning class service that was provided on the night. The dishes we selected were sensational and exceeded our expectations (the pork belly and roasted lamb rump were favorites!) What a splendid way to appreciate the night, friends, good wine and huge food in the comfort of one our homes. As we enjoyed our first course, our chef went back to the kitchen and prepared the main course. Thanks for everything food was wonderful, guests loved it. We were absolutely impressed with the food, the service and the friendly, professional and discrete staff you sent to serve for our exceptional day. The food he served was amazing with all guests raving about the experience. Each dish was beautifully prepared and presented. I especially loved the whole canal menu and was very glad with my choices. We hired chef Mick to cater for our event. A immense idea for getting friends together.
